Anders
Olsson
Serial entrepreneur with experience in Balinese property development, Anders originated the idea and led the first project in central Ubud, featuring 11 villas, with the first 7 set to be completed by August. Before venturing into property development, he founded and sold tech startups and also initiated a social incubator business in Eastern DRC. Over the past 5 years, Anders has been guiding companies, groups, and individuals on their growth journeys.
Josefine
Abrahamsson
With a startup background since age 19, Josefine has operated branding and digital businesses. She recently served as Founder and CEO of HUBSO, a publicly traded Swedish e-commerce incubator. Notably, she became the youngest female CEO of a publicly traded company globally. Joining as COO and Co-Founder, Josefine brings her expertise to the team.
Übermorgen Architecture and Design
Both a local and European team are working together seamlessly on the architecture and interior design, combining the modern and traditional in timeless Balinese style. Currently there are 8 architects in the team working on designing the different villas and public spaces.

Indonesia
Bruder is our construction and engineering partner. They have a team with over 25 years of experience delivering results in the construction and mining industries. They are diversified across Indonesian and Expatriate ownership and execution teams and have have an established back-office and support team to ensure the teams are focused on delivering high quality in every project.
