What does this mean?

The village will operate as one entity. Earnings will be pooled and shared between all houses, based on ownership percentage. I.e. it’s the revenue, cost and occupancy for the entire village that counts.

This means that we can achieve economies of scale in the project - where you as an investor have lower risk and not having to think of your neighbours as competitors.

Shared income will only be available when the villa is being rent out and not for own use. With Grace intends to provide a financial and business update on a monthly basis.
