VILLA MEDIUM
At the heart of the home is a large central planter with lush greenery, surrounded by a winding staircase. Crowning the top of this staircase is a glazed tower with an unusual roof structure that, from the exterior, resembles a lighthouse – an iconic architectural element for the house. The design juxtaposes two primary materials: concrete and wood.

ARCHITECTURE
Each of the villas has the open plan ground floor with a double height lounge, kitchen and dining zones. First floor is a mezzanine with two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and wardrobes. Every bedroom has an open layout, the zoning of which is accomplished by indoor planting. The concrete volumes of the bedrooms are slightly extending out of the bamboo roof canopies, which gives even more of the magnificent views of surroundings from the bedroom windows.
