ARCHITECTURE
The villa interior is comprised of the kitchen with dining area, in which reclaimed Ulin wood is used as the main material, the two floor height lounge zone with a huge designer sofa facing the front window and the spacious balcony to hang out outside. Apart from that, there’s a side balcony with pivot Ulin wood doors - once opened it gives more views and more greenery into the interior as it’s a garden balcony, which can be used both for decorative and edible plants.
The first floor is opened into the volume of the cylinder building shape and has the bedroom with free standing copper bathtub by the window and adjacent shower room with toilet. The bed is raised up high to speculate on the views into the front window. The top of the reciprocal timber roof has a round shaped stained glass window which works as a coloring amusement into the interior and lights up the timid concrete walls with bright stained glass colors.
There are 9 villas of this typology on the site in total - all positioned to the best view.
